The own-flight package has the first position in the payment area, with its own secure Stripe Buy Button and separate webhook monitoring.
Lunches, dinners, personal spending, optional individual activities, your own return flight under the £1,289 option, and costs specific to children or extended stays are not included unless confirmed separately.

Important payment terms
Read before you confirm.
Package choice: the £1,989 option includes the return group flight. The £1,289 option includes the same programme experience but requires you to purchase your own return flight.
Flight-inclusive deposit: the £689 deposit is required to secure a place and begin flight reservation arrangements. Payment after 11 November 2026 is subject to availability.
Non-refundable amount: at least £129 of the deposit remains non-refundable to cover administration and reservation costs already incurred.
Cancellation: any additional refundable amount depends on when written cancellation is received and which costs have already been committed.
Flight-inclusive balance: the remaining £1,300 must be completed according to the agreed schedule. A booking is not fully paid until the payment account shows no remaining balance.
Programme changes: if operational or safety requirements change a location or date, participants are notified and the team explains the available next steps.
